Hey there Zolace fans! Welcome to another edition of Hijab Fridays. This week we are going to be turning your Zehna Chiffon Rectangle Shawl into a simple and chic hijab style! This style is perfect for beginners, or anyone really! It can be done really quickly and it will give you great coverage on the front and back.
Just keep watching and you'll see! Today you will need only 2 pins. And of course, you will need a scarf that is made of soft fabric-- that's why we like to use our Zehna Chiffon Rectangle Shawl! It's a perfectly lightweight headscarf that is soft and easy to handle. Alright, let's get started!
Step 1: Take the scarf at one end and drape it over behind you
First take the scarf at one end and drape it over behind you, with the edge coming right to the top of your forehead. The left side should be longer than the right. Grab a pin and gently pull the right side up and around your chin, and pin it near your left ear. Pull slightly on the fabric to make sure it's comfortable around your face.
Step 2: Grab the first pin
Grab the pin and abjectly pull the right side up and around your cin and pin it near your left ear
Step 3: Grab the piece of fabric
Grab the piece of fabric on the right side and pull the middle slightly forward to create a nice rounded edge on the front. You can put the remaining fabric over your shoulder onto your back.
Step 4:The left side of the fabric and move it all the way around you
Then, take the left side of the fabric and move it all the way around you, bringing it up over your left shoulder. Here is where you can adjust how much length you want in the front so you get the perfect amount of coverage. If you're using the Zehna Chiffon Shawl, it will drape beautifully.
Step 5: Grab the second pin
Here is where you take the second pin and secure the fabric to the top of your left shoulder.
