Hey Zolace fans! Welcome back to another edition of Hijab Friday. If you've ever seen someone wearing a headband and thought, "I wish there was a way to easily wear one with my hijab!?" Girl, we've got you covered! We'll have you rocking headbands with your hijab in no time, so watch this video and we'll teach you how!

To help you out, we're using the best and softest chiffon shawl that is curved to perfection the super popular Zehna Chiffon Curved Shawl! To complete this look, we've paired it with the Fall in Lace Baju Kurung Modern in Blue. And, the Zehna Chiffon Curved Shawl shown here is worn in the colour Buttermilk. So grab 4 pins and your favourite headband, and we'll get started!

Step 1 : Making one side longer than the other

Begin by making one side longer than the other. Line the shawl neatly around your face, and gently pin down the fabric on the longer side near your cheek.

Step 2 : Bring the inside edge to your front

Wrap that longer side around your back and bring the inside edge to your front. Take this edge and pin it up near your ear.

Step 3 : Continue with that edge by bringing it across you

 

Continue with that edge by bringing it across you, then up and to the top of your head. Gently ensure the drapes are flowing nicely as you do this.

Step 4 : Pin it in place at the top of your head

When you're happy with how the rest of the shawl is draped, pin it in place at the top of your head.

Step 5 : Place your favourite necklace over you

Now, take your headband and place it on you, slightly tilted towards the back. Here's where you can take the remaining fabric and layer it for more dimension. Pin it in place, and you're done!
